These terms and conditions govern the Dairyland KidSport Emoji campaign (the “Campaign”) created by Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. (“Saputo”) and your participation in the Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Campaign.
- Participation in the Campaign is free of charge.
- The Campaign shall start on February 8, 2021 and terminate on March 31, 2021 (the “Campaign Period”).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Saputo has the right to terminate the Campaign, at its entire
discretion and for any reason whatsoever, prior to the end of the Campaign Period. In the case Saputo exercises its
termination right, “Campaign Period” shall mean the period starting on February 8, 2021 and
terminating on the date on which Saputo terminates the Campaign.
- Subject to Sections 4 and 5, Saputo shall remit fifty Canadian cents (CAD$0.50) (the “Contribution”) to KidSport Canada
for each Facebook post made during the Campaign Period that contains one or more sports emojis and the hashtag
#TEAMDAIRY. Saputo shall have the right, at its entire discretion, to verify and determine if any and all posts
respect the criteria’s established by Saputo in order to qualify for the Contribution.
- Only one post per Facebook account and per physical person is eligible for the Contribution.
- Saputo reserves the right to limit to a maximum amount the total Contribution to be made by Saputo to KidSport Canada in connection with the Campaign.
