  1. In a Mason jar or airtight container, add ½ cup of quick-cooking oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp shredded coconut, about ¼ cup Dairyland 2% 18 g Protein Beverage (or enough to cover the dry ingredients), and a drizzle of honey. Repeat in a second jar. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  2. The next morning, stir the oats. Dice the mango and add half to each jar. Sprinkle with a little extra shredded coconut and enjoy at any time of day!
