Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Introducing your new favourite summer beverage! Try this fruity version of the viral matcha latte with Dairyland Protein 18 g Beverage. Creamy and sweet, you'll want seconds!



  1. Cut the strawberries into small cubes.
  2. In a glass, place the strawberry cubes and granulated sugar. Using a muddler, crush the strawberries to the consistency of your choice.
  3. In a bowl, add the matcha and warm water. Whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.
  4. Add the ice cubes to the glass containing the strawberry puree and pour in the matcha mixture.
  5. In a milk frother, add the Dairyland Protein 18 g Beverage and strawberry syrup (add to taste), then froth.
  6. Pour the strawberry frothed milk into the glass. Enjoy with a straw!
