Ingredients
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) raspberry or strawberry jam
- 25 ml (1/2 cup) Dairyland 2% Microfiltered Milk
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) Shepherd Gourmet Vanilla Skyr (or Greek yogurt)
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Spread jam on the bottom and side of a glass. Set aside.
- Mix the milk, skyr and peanut butter in a blender.
- Emulsify for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
