Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie



  1. Spread jam on the bottom and side of a glass. Set aside.
  2. Mix the milk, skyr and peanut butter in a blender.
  3. Emulsify for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
If the smoothie is too watery, add some skyr. If it’s too thick, pour in a bit of milk until desired consistency. Serve with a straw or spoon.
